Hi! There are definitely instances where we have to pay retail (and some stores we’re more OK paying retail for, like Uniqlo—since their prices are already very reasonable/less inflated), but in general, we shop at a lot of sample sales, and head straight to the sale section of stores (typically in the back). When buying online, we also search for coupon codes (or at least a free shipping code!), or we wait for sales and promotions, which typically occur around holidays. Hope that helps!
In LA! Stopped by the Century City shopping center on Saturday and found the sun prints cluster necklace on sale at Madewell for only $7 plus tax! Check out your local stores for even better deals than online, per usual =)

Valentino Rosette Chain Strap pouch - Saw maybe 10 of these yesterday at Saks Fifth Ave for $170 before tax! (And spotted maybe 2 or 3 of them in red.) Had to pass because I don’t even think my phone would fit in it…but the leather was oh-so-buttery soft. mmmm
V. cute Luella Bartley for Target dress on sale for $13.98! So girly and sweet, would love to see it juxtaposed with some masculine pieces/accessories.
Just got my RSVP confirmation for the Rodarte sale tomorrow! Hope I’ll be able to make it after work for the last 30 minutes before they close…wonder if there will be anything left.
